Stuart Laws was a one night comedy event at Burdalls Yard in Bath. I spent the evening running lighting and sound for the event. I had to adjust the fixtures that were available in the theatre as well as cabling 2 microphones one on stage and another off stage.
I was using a console that I didnt have much knowledge of but was able to use it confidently and busk the event with a few faders. I did it this way so colours and levels would be able to be changed easily dependant on what was happening on stage.
It was really interesting working in a new, more intimate, venue for the first time and had a great time creating the show.
